It is with an heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mr. Joey Johnson.

Mr. Johnson passed on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. 

All services are entrusted to Davis Funeral Home, LLC of Hartsville, SC.

Joey Leveren Johnson was born March 19, 1962, in Darlington County to Theo Johnson. Joey departed this earthly life on October 03, 2024 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. 

Joey was educated in the public schools of Darlington County. He loved to watch his Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. 

He was preceded death by her mother, Theo Johnson and his sister, Edwina Martin. 

Those left to cherish his loving memories are: his brother, George (Doll)  Johnson; aunts: Delores Thomas and Charlena Johnson; best friend, May Wright; and a host of family and friends.
