Mr. David Earl Graham was born on July 14, 1954, in Darlington County. He was the son of the late Thelma Smith Graham and Blease Graham. He received his education in the public schools of Darlington County, graduating in 1972. Following High School, he enlisted into the Army, dedicating himself to serving his country.
Following his military service, he returned home and pursued occupations which included logging, setting up mobile homes and farming, before his health declined. He loved fishing, cooking, and attending church service when he was able.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Blease and Thelma Graham, his wife, Sallie Benjamin Graham and eight siblings: Alma, Blease Jr., Jasper, Robert, Maritta, Danny, Gerald, and MacArthur; and a stepson, Richard Davis.
Those left to cherish his memories are: His son Eddie (Sheron) Graham, Two stepsons, Maurice Coleman and Steven Benjamin, all of Darlington, SC.; sister, Lynette D. Peterkin of Hartsville, SC, two sisters-in-law: Emma Benjamin of Society Hill, SC, and Mary Jo Graham of Winston Salem NC; three Brother-in-law, Calvin Benjamin of Hartsville, SC, Felix Benjamin of Baltimore, MD and David Gause of Myrtle Beach, SC; a special niece, Linda Graham Bishop of Columbia, SC; eight grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other close relatives and friends.
