David Goodson

We regret to announce the passing of Mr. David Goodson.

Mr. Goodson passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, SC. 

Arrangements will be announced by Davis Funeral Home, LLC of Hartsville, SC.

 David Lee Goodson

Son of the late Frank and Hallie Robinson Goodson quietly took his flight.

David was preceded in death by his brothers Alphonso Robinson, Joseph Goodson, Randolph Goodson, Charles Goodson and Freddie Goodson.

To cherish his memories he leaves his wife, Marie Goodson of the home; two daughters: Shauntegia (Tyler) Rivers and Regina (Andrew) Teddar; one son, Christopher (Shameka) Goodson and six grandchildren. 

Sisters: Trubby Cuffie, Rosa Williams, Cora (Emanuel) Williams, and Juliette Miller.

Sister- in- law: Frances Goodson

Brother-in-law: Willie Brown

A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends will miss him dearly.
